It benefits from ample parking right outside the cottage and level access in and around the cottage to the paved garden area at the back and communal grassy area.

The sunny, light and spacious living area is designed for both the able and disabled user.

The open plan kitchen and dining space is fully equipped with everything you need including – oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, low level hob unit and some low level units integrated with normal height units.

Watch the sunset from the spacious sitting room complete with comfortable seating and Smart TV.  Patio doors open out onto the garden seating area where you can soak up the view.

There are three bedrooms, one king size bed room and two twin bed rooms. The twin rooms share access to a large roll-in shower room with toilet and wash basin.

There is also a second roll-in shower room with toilet and wash basin.  It is fully centrally heated and has its own enclosed garden and patio area.
