The Crew Yard is a level access, single storey cottage with open plan living space designed for both the able and disabled user. It is fully central heated and has its own enclosed garden.
The combined kitchen, dining and living space allows room to move about easily with ample seating and a Smart TV.
The open plan kitchen and dining space is fully equipped with everything you need including – oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, low level hob unit and some low level units integrated with normal height units. It has a washing machine.
The double room has ensuite access to the spacious roll in shower room, complete with shower chair, toilet and wash basin. In addition there is a separate toilet and wash basin.
Outside the front of the cottage there is a convenient parking space and enclosed garden.
