It benefits from ample parking right outside the cottage and level access in and around the cottage to the paved garden area at the back and communal grassy area.
The sunny, light and spacious living space is designed for both the able and disabled user.
The open plan kitchen and dining space is fully equipped with everything you need including – oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, low level hob unit and some low level units integrated with normal height units. It has a dishwasher.
Watch the sunset from the spacious sitting room complete with comfortable seating and Smart TV. Patio doors open out onto the garden seating area where you can soak up the view.
It has two good sized bedrooms, one double and the other a twin. Both share access to a large roll-in shower room with bath, toilet and wash basin. An extra single bed is available on request for a 5th person.
