This detached, single storey cottage has been recently refurbished to offer a higher standard of accommodation for 6 people, with fantastic views over the North Norfolk countryside.

It benefits from ample parking right outside the cottage and level access throughout the cottage to the patio and lawn garden area at the back.

The open plan kitchen and dining space is fully equipped with everything you need. There is a low level hob unit, oven and some low level units integrated with normal height work surfaces. There is also a fridge, microwave and washing machine. The central farmhouse dining table comfortably seats six.

Watch the sunset from the spacious living room complete with comfortable seating and Smart TV.  Patio doors open out onto the garden seating area where you can soak up the view.

There are three bedrooms, one double room and two twin rooms. The double and larger twin rooms share access to a large roll-in shower room with bath, toilet and wash basin. There is also a second bathroom with bath, toilet and wash basin.

It is fully centrally heated and has its own enclosed garden and patio area.
